This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your body through simple, intentional movement designed to support how you move in everyday life. We’ll explore accessible mobility practices that help maintain joint health, build resilience, and create more ease in the body, whether you’re getting up from the floor, reaching overhead, or simply moving through your day.
Rooted in yoga, functional movement, and mindful strength, this class focuses on movements you can return to again and again, at any age and any stage. Expect gentle flows, joint-friendly exercises, and practical tools you can use at home to support longevity, confidence, and freedom of movement.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to move better, not harder. No prior experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body.
